Refund, Returns & Warranty Policy

Welcome to JQ Solar Group. We are committed to providing quality solar panels, lithium batteries, inverters, and related renewable energy products. This Refund, Returns & Warranty Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned, exchanged, repaired, or refunded.
1. Returns Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that:
- The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation are included.
- The product has not been damaged through misuse, negligence, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.
JQ Solar Group reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective upon delivery:
- Installed or commissioned solar panels.
- Installed lithium batteries.
- Custom-ordered or special-order products.
- Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse.
- Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify JQ Solar Group within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photographs showing the damage or defect.
- Include your order number and a description of the issue.
Once verified, we may offer:
- Replacement of the product.
- Repair under warranty.
- Full or partial refund where applicable.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
Refunds may be reduced if:
- The product is returned incomplete.
- Packaging is damaged beyond reasonable handling.
- Components or accessories are missing.
Shipping and delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.
5. Warranty Coverage
Solar products sold by JQ Solar Group are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
Solar Panels
- Covered by the manufacturer’s product and performance warranties.
- Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer assessment and approval.
Lithium Batteries
- Covered by the manufacturer’s warranty terms and cycle-life specifications.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation.
- Overcharging or deep discharge.
- Water damage.
- Unauthorized modifications.
- Use outside recommended operating conditions.
6. Warranty Claims Procedure
To submit a warranty claim, please provide:
- Proof of purchase.
- Product serial number.
- Detailed description of the fault.
- Supporting photographs or diagnostic reports where applicable.
Our technical team may require additional testing before determining warranty eligibility.
7. Installation and Third-Party Workmanship
JQ Solar Group is not responsible for product failures resulting from:
- Incorrect installation by third parties.
- Failure to comply with manufacturer guidelines.
- Electrical faults external to the supplied product.
- Improper system design or configuration.
Professional installation by a qualified electrician or solar installer is strongly recommended.
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
Unless a product is confirmed defective or supplied incorrectly, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Customers are advised to use a tracked and insured shipping method when returning products.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
Once an order has been dispatched, it will be treated as a return and may be subject to return shipping costs and inspection requirements.
